Event address is:

Swinley Forest, Bagshot entrance, GU19 5EJ.

You go to the bottom of Vicarage Road and follow the Dirt Track into the Forest.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge

Baggage

We will provide a secure, manned facility for you to leave your baggage safely whilst competing

Timing and Results

You will register in the morning and collect your bib and chip from the registration point that opens at 9.30am.

You will be provided in your race pack with a disposable chip timing device and race number. It will be your responsibility to ensure you bring this to the event.

No Chip = no time

Results will be posted on the website in this section within 24 hours of the race ending

Race Photography

Photography will be available from the day by professional photographers - please see this page after the event for a link.

First Aid

Qualified first aiders will be on hand as well as paramedics on the day.

You should be reasonably fit to take part in this event. Do not take part if you are suffering from a cold or flu, this can be very dangerous.

Toilets

Toilets can be found within the lookout, we will also have portaloos near the start line.

Showers

Sorry no showers are available at this location so please bring a change of clothes

Refreshments will be available at the lookout discovery centre and also near the start and finish line.
